Cherelle struggled in the traditional working roles, never aspiring to work for someone else. Due to this, she had a hard time remaining passionate for the roles she did obtain, reflecting at her desk and trying to figure a way out. She craved having a business of her own one day.
What felt like a faraway dream came into fruition during the whirlwind year of 2020. It began as a lockdown hobby for Cherelle, something she’d initially planned as a one-off treat for a girls night. Yet quickly Cherelle realised she had a gift for creating confectionery. Embracing her passion for chocolate, Cherelle became a self-taught confectioner as she unleashed the creative elements of her personality throughout the treats she created. Her ideas only grew, bettering themselves each time she created. Planting the seeds towards growing a beautiful business.
In a short space of time the demand for her luxurious Belgian Chocolate Strawberries grew and the decision to pursue her dream of providing bespoke boxes, unique to each customer for all occasions, became a fast reality. This rapid success led to the growth of Signature Strawberries.
