We can, essentially, do any colour scheme you like. You are able to create a custom box, which has an extensive selection of colours to choose from.

The chocolate we use is gluten free. However, décor & toppings we cannot guarantee. Should you have any allergies or dietary requirements please inform us when placing your order so we can cater to your needs.

If you have any allergies, please fill in the appropriate field on each products you wish to order.

Please be advised that we do work within a kitchen that contains nuts.

As well as working with nuts in our kitchen we do work with a variety of ingredients containing.

Guests coming for our high teas with food allergies or intolerances, please make a member of the team aware before placing an order for food or drink. Please note all of our dishes are prepared in a kitchen when cross contamination might occur, and we cannot guarantee an allergen free environment. Our menu descrptions do not list all ingredients

Unfortunately, strawberries cannot be posted due to their short life and delicate nature.  Only collection are available at checkout.

Not at the moment unfortunately but we are hoping to offer this service again soon.

The slot that you have booked will be the date & time of collection for your products. The collection address is Unit 13, Faraday Mill, Faraday Road, Plymouth, PL4 0ST.

You won’t be able to book if your booking date gives us less than 48 hours notice. However, please do not hesitate to get in touch here, as we will always try our best to accommodate if we have availability. For fillable letters or numbers, 2 weeks’ notice is necessary so we can order your specified number or letter. You can book in up to 6 weeks in advance, and prompt booking is recommended as we tend to book up very quickly.

We can only accommodate a certain amount of bookings per day, and once these slots have been booked we cannot accept any more. So, be sure to book your products as far in advance as possible (up to 6 weeks in advance).

Cancellation will render 50 percent of your purchase as non-refundable. The other 50 percent will only be refunded if your cancellation is minimum of 48 hours prior to your booking. If you need to reschedule, your product payment will remain “live” for up to 6 months. To reschedule or cancel please contact us directly here.

To avoid the strawberries ‘sweating’ or leaking, they are best enjoyed within 24 hours of receiving them. Leave them in a cool, dry place or store in the fridge uncovered on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Avoid handling where possible.
